Vintage 1970s Bell Bottom Jeans Leather Patchwork Laura Accessories

Vintage 1970s Bell Bottom Jeans Leather Patchwork Laura Accessories. There is a small tear in the leather at the front left hip. The right leg has two dark lines across the front and back also shown in pictures. Not sure what it is, it's just a slightly darker color than the rest of the denim. Looks like it could have been the way they were stored or on a hanger or something.
